Account & Data Deletion

To delete your account, open the CineFR app and go to Settings → Account → Delete My Account. If you cannot reach the app, write to support@cinefr.com from your account's email address and we will process the request within 30 days.
You don't need to delete your whole account to remove some of your data — unmarking a title as watched, deleting a review or note, and leaving a shared list can all be done directly in the app. For anything else, write to support@cinefr.com.
This action cannot be undone
- All your data is permanently deleted: watched list, watchlist, ratings, reviews, notes and badges.
- Friendships and friend requests are removed. You're removed from shared lists you don't own; lists you created are deleted entirely.
- Your one-to-one chats are deleted completely, including for the other person. Messages you left in shared lists owned by other people stay, since removing them would leave holes in a conversation they still use.
- You'll need to sign up again to use CineFR.
